Ethernet interface not registering on new IOU

 I have installed IOU#1 and I cannot get the ethernet interface to register. Based on the way the domains are configured domain 1 should have access to the ethernet port on IOU#1 via XSB 01-0. I have not been able to locate in the documentation how to configure this. Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.
