Win32 Agent deployment?

I'm trying to deploy a win32 Grid Agent.
The messages says that the "SSH Deamon (sshd) is not running...".

How do I star the SSH deamon on a Windows Server 2003 (SE)?  I Google'd sshd.  The references I came across indicated that Cygwin was needed.

What do I need to do?
