Different version of EM monitor the same host/database instance

Our hosts and databases(10gR2) are currently monitored by Out sourcing company with their OEM (10g).  Because we have no access to OEM managed by Out sourcing company, we are planning to install OEM 11g and monitor those hosts and databases in our side.  Is it possible to have 2 different versions of OEM monitor the same host and database instance?

I.e.

1. install 11g EM (OMS, OMA, web logic, DB 11gR2) server.

2. Deploy OMA to hosts we want to monitor but already have 10g Oracle management agent on it.
