R12 patching problems with Maintenance Wizard 2.17
I'm upgrading EBS 11.5.10.2 on solaris to R12.1.1 using MW 2.17, I have performed all of the preparation steps and have finished all but the last step of Apply Preinstall Patches - 9-Apply patches 6976563 and 7351384 (Conditionally Required) - where I had a code mismatch problem, see below.
1. when applying these patches manually (6976563 & 7351384) get code level problem
