PA_PROJECT_ASSET_LINES_ALL Transfer_Status_code='P'

Dear All

We have an issue in PA (11.5.10.2), the Transfer_Status_code=P in PA_PROJECT_ASSET_LINES_ALL. We ran Generate Asset Line & PRC Interface Program to Assets as well but still the Status is 'P' can any body let us know how to resolve this issue??
