Assembly Cost Rollup vs Supply Chain Cost Rollup

Hi,

Can anyone please tell me if there are any difference in functionalities between Assembly Cost Rollup and Supply Chain Cost Rollup? It seems that in R12, the Assembly Cost Rollup is merged with the Supply Chain Cost Rollup process.
