Scheduled batch posting R09801

  Currently our overnight posting program is scheduled to globally post all approved batches for all companies across all time zones at the same time. (using separate versions for each batch type)

 

I want to make them more time zone specific, and schedule them to post at better times locally.

Would it be better to:

1.  

Create multiple versions of the same report against relevant companies in data selection?

2.  Run the same reports against different overnight user IDs that had security access only to the companies required?

I would appreciate any advice offered or welcome any other suggestions?
