oracle Versions 11.1.0.7.0 and 11.2.0.2.0

 dear Export,

I have plained to upgrade oracle 9208 to either 11.1.0.7.0  or 11.2.0.2.0. but I need to justify know whether I will get better features or error free or bugs fix Database in 11.2.0.2.0 rather upgrade to  11.1.0.7.0.

If oracle recomanded to go to 11.2.0.2.0 rather 11.1.0.7.0, then pl let me know any major bugs or errors in 11.1.0.7.0 and its has been fix in 11.2.0.2.0.

Its great if you, response  with  error codes  and  what reason its has been fixed.
