Integration monitoring ORACLE IAS 10g in existing OEM Grid Control 10g

in Managing Middleware using Enterprise Manager (MOSC) Question
Hello,

how can I monitor an ORACLE Application Server 10g on Windows 2007 with an existing OEM Grid Control 10g? I have installed an agent on the windows machine and after this I see the host but not the application server in OEM Grid Control. What is to do to see the the application server also in Grid Control?
