How to create automatic scheduled releases?

Hi,
I want to get started with the use of Planned Purchase Order.
What have I done in the testenvirionment:
- create requisition with three different distributions
- put this requisition into a planned purchase order by using autocreate
- approve this PPO
- run the process 'Create Releases'

After this there was no scheduled release created.
I have searched on internet and in all possible oracle documents, guides etc but can't find anything about this issue.
The only thing is that it could be something I have to arrange in the Oracle Workflow.
Is there anyone who can help me with and tell me more about this?
