How to add additional application server to existing enterprise

We would like to add an additional application server to the 2 that are already existing.  The additional app server will just be used by certain object managers already residing on the existing app servers. The new app server will is also handle synchronisations. Please advise what the steps are, I am a newbie!  Currently using Siebel 7.8.2.13 on existing app servers. Thanks in advance, Adam
