Inventory 'Cycle Count' and 'physical inventory' count Auto upload

I need help with Inventory "Cycle Count" and "physical inventory" count Auto upload. basically, i need it to upload a barcode generated count file to Oracle Inventory. any previous experience with that exercise or any answers would be appreciated.
In "physical inventory; PI": how to Auto upload the PI counts and locations??rather than using the manual entry window which is not practical for huge inventory items list??

In "Cycle Count": what are the exact steps to import Cycle Count Entries from Open Interface??
