How to Change a Collector assignment in AR

Hello

We are using 11.5.10 standard collections within AR, one of our collectors is on long term leave from the business, is there an easy way to reallocate her caseload of customers to other already named collectors?

Whilst there is a default collector assigned to a customer profile there is not always a one-to-one relationship between profile and collector so I cannot use that route to change customer records.

Does it mean that each customer record has to be changed individually?
