How to set up customer calendar for shipment

 Hi - is there a way to set up customer calendar for shipment. e.g. some customers dont take shipment on Wednesday or for e.g. some frozen products cannot be shipped on Fridays. Is there a way to have this set up in JDE even with minimum transportation functionality? Insights appreciated.
