printer epson fx 890 not clear font

 hi,

we are working in oracle applications 11i.

we have a customized PDF report developed with Oracle reports builder and its font is Times New Roman. The report was printed out by the user to any HP laserjet series and the output was readable with no problems.

The user has a new requirement to use the printer epson fx 890 . Now, the report when printed out has unclear , fuzzy and blurred lines.

what is the problem and how can we solve it?
