Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. When the Install Base record is transfered, why are two contracts created, one contract for each line of the contract that was transferred?

Why does not information copy from the contract that was transferred? 11.5.10
