Internet Explorer Error

 I hope I'm in the correct community for this question, this is my first time participating. I have a user in Enterprise One that intermittenly receives the following error: "The Menu or Object that you wish to run is not specified to run on this platform." The error is label as a Windows, Internet Explorer error. We are using a custom transportation system that calls the P4205 ship confirm application during the ship confirm process when the error appears.
