Patch "6880880" is subset of the Q3 PSU patch "9654991"

Hi,

Oracle Version : 10.2.0.4

OS Version  : IBM-AIX

I have applied Q3 PSU patch (9654991) last month without any issues.

But, the user is asking me to apply the patch "6880880" on that server.  

I believe that the patch "6880880" is subset of the Q3 PSU patch "9654991" which I applied last month and wanted to confirm you that Is it possible to apply the requested patch on top of the existing q3 PSU patch level or Is it subset of the Q3 PSU patch.

Your help is much appreciated.
