Running P6 v7 on Vista

I am testing the upgrade of Primavera 6  v6.1 to version 7 on 32-bit Vista computers. Group Policy prevents UAC from being disabled. Our users do not have access to the admin passwords for their computers. Can P6 v7 run on a Vista machine with UAC enabled? I can run the application, but I do have access to the Admin credentials. DEP has been turned off for PM.exe.
Version 6.1 required us to change permission on the PM.ini file, and to disable DEP for the application, but once that was done, it works on Vista without prompting.

Any ideas would be most appreciated.
