Hire Act setups

We have collected the documents for the Hire Act including the November update for corrections so we can update our system for year end reporting.  Howver, the year end processing guide refers to naming the DBA designated for Hire Act wages in the processing options for the YE Workbench.  I have not found in the documents where it is indicated that a DBA needs to be set up.

Does anyone have information on this so we can get the setup correct?
