Contract Administrator - Operating Unit

Hi All,

Has any one ever worked on having multiple Contract Administrators for approvals in an operating unit?

For example: There are some clauses which are related to Legal Department and some to Safety Department (as HSE became a most important function in business processes). These Clauses should go to approvals of both Legal and EHS personnels.

Any pointers on this are kindly appreciated.
