After upgrade to 12.1.3 getting Invalid test(s) selected erro?

  After upgrading from 12.1.1 to 12.1.3, getting the following error whenever trying to execute a test. Error message: Invalid test(s) selected. Please change to developer mode to get more details. 
Did anyone else experienced the same problem and has a solution?
