Delete configuration from CZ

 Hello,
Can anyone please tell me how to purge the configuration only from CZ. As the items name is changed and after that we have tried to republish the configuration but it still shows the old item name. 

in table: CZ_ITEM_MASTERS we can still see the old item name, instead of the new one.
