Convert from 64 bits to 32 bits....

We have 2 server on Linux Red HAt Itanium.
One on 32 bits and one on 64 bits.
I look after a doc to perform a move from 32 bits to 64 bits and I found a good doc on metalink (341880.1).
My question is : How to perform a move from 64 bits TO 32 bits ?
It still the same procedure ?
