Will "Extended" 8.12 Support give us Year End ESUs past 2011?

 The end of Premier support for 8.12 ends April 30, 2011.  I understand there will be a Year End ESU available for 2011 but not for 2012. 

Will "Extended and/or Sustaining" support give us Year End ESUs past 2011?  Or what is really included in the Tax/Reg/Leg option in the Extended or Sustaining support options?
