transparent dataencryption

Following the encryption process using transparent data encryption, I can still see data in clear in the data file if I'm looking with a viewer.

Because I have to pass PCI DSS compliance who not allowed me to have data in clear have anyone a suggestion how to overwrite these clear data with some string?

My tablespace is DICTIONARY.

I mention is not about deleted data.

Thanks and any suggestion could help me.
