GC CR Disk Read During MView Refresh

Hi,

I am running a 2-node RAC database on Oracle 10.2.0.4.0 Enterprise Edition on AIX 5.3.  This is an OLTP type database which does a lot of fast lookups but also has a logging application with high DML activity (90% insert,10%updates).  The database makes use of services to a limited extent to direct the logging application to one node in the cluster.  A materialized view was created on one of the log tables which aggregates some data.  The mview does a complete refresh on demand.  During the mview refresh I noticed a lot of cluster related waits - of which 'gc
