Database Client Licensing

Hello,

I wish to have information around whether is there any requirement to obtain separate licenses to install and use Oracle 10g/11g Database Client, or whether this is bundled with the Database Server license and is not required to be licensed separately ?

A plethora of material on Oracle's mainstream website or Partnernetwork do not shed any clarity on this, nor does the Licensing Information document that is available in the Database Documentation pack provides any clarity.
