Does OracleBI Desktop plug-in add a plug -in for excel template

 hi,

Wanted to find out if OracleBI Desktop plug-in has excel plug-in to create templates from excel just as we do in word.  And also I wanted to find out if the BI publisher embbeded in EBS R12 can create graphical reports like the OBIEE version BIP.
