IBM HS22 Blade with Qlogic and Oracle VM - not booting

 We successfully go through the installation of Oracle VM server 2.2.1 on an IBM HS22 blade on a DS4800 SAN. However, after the installation the server will not boot. It doesn't find the boot partition on the SAN. Is there anything specific we need to do, like load Qlogic drivers or something?
