item cost not getting transferred to projects from INV

 Hello All,

I am trying to transfer costs from Inventory to projects. But seems like i am missing some step.

Following is what i have performed:

1. Received PO in subinventory A for item X(inventory item)

2. Performed project transfer to subinventory B(which is locator controlled for Projects) for item X

3. Ran PRC: Transaction Import with all sources available for Inventory.

Found that in PA interface the expenditure id was not created, so no records imported.
