getting package error on Oracle install

 Hi when installing Oracle 10g on RHEL5 getting the error "Checking for gcc-3.2; found Not found.   Failed" during the Product-Specific Prerequisites Checks.  Which rpm is this part of I thought I had added all the pre-reqs?  Oh its 64bit RHEL5.
