WEB ADI ISSUES - GL

 Hi,

I moved users to Web ADI from Desktop ADI. Currently we have following issues.

Budget Download: Users can't download budget for ALL org. It just hangs up. Oracle support is not able to do anything.

WEB ADI also does not work with multiple tabs within Excel as well as the Desktop.

 

WEB ADI does not allow full functions of Excel, such as copy, past or undo, as well as the Desktop.

 

Associates have to exit out of Excel in order to switch responsibilities in Oracle GL. This can be harmful if you need to keep an Excel file open to create the Journal Entry in more that one set of Books.
