Different Asset Category for different legal entity within the same BG? Is it possible?

I have 2 SOB one for US and the other for UK they both have different segments one had 4 the other had 5 can I have different asset cagtoies assigned to each book like I want 2 category segment in UK and 3 asset category segment for US.
Can this be achieved? If yes, than how can we achieve this.
