Service Contract order capture/order processing, not picking up the order.

Hi,
I have created an order with a kit (one serviceable and one warranty) and fulfilled it. However when I run the programs
service contract order capture or service contracts order processing program ,the log file says the lines to process = 0,i.e no contract is created, although it is creating the install base instance,but no warranty. 

I have gone thru all the following references from oracle, still no help. What could i be doing wrong?

NOTE:216651.1 - Warranty Not Created Even Though Warranty is Defined in the Bill of Materials (BOM)
NOTE:208123.1 - Troubleshooting Service Contracts / Installed Base Problems (11.5.1 - 11.5.6)
