Request complete list of programs impacted by Localization Country Code

Could you please direct me to a white paper or other documentation that shows a complete list of programs impacted when a user populates the Localization Country Code on their User Profile?

For example, populating the localization country code enables Tax ID format verification on P01012 Address Book Revisions & P03013 Customer Master Revisions, and also enables Bank Account format verification on P0030A Bank Account Revisions.
