Approvals for Project based Requisitions not going to Project Manager

When we create project based and non project based requisitions the  Approvals for Project based Requisitions do not  go to Project Manager. Isn't that the standard oracle functionality or do I have to do some workflow customization.

We use Iprocurement for creating the requisition

Thanks for your help , will appreciate any suggestions/ reply on it.
