Contacts created in Collections not showing in Customer Standard form

in Receivables - EBS (MOSC) Question
Created customer contacts from Collections using e-Business Center window. The contact has also been designated as Dunning on the Collections form. But this contact does not appear on Customer Standard form. Is there anything I am missing on the setup?
