create account falied under cost management -Difference is Huge

Dear Seniors

While running the Creating Account Under cost management it was smooth from 01/11/2010 to 05/11/2010

But unexpectedly it failed on 06/11/2010 as the database was shutdown for the offline backup

The script shutdown the database every day 03:55 am

As the creating acounting was running for long time and it failed while DB shutdown

this process failed until 10/11/2010 and again it ran succesfully on 11/11/2010

but the transactions didnt update the financials so the is huge difference

Fo this issue I tried running creating account for th efailed period(06/11/2010) on 07/12/2010 but nothing seems to change on financila side and the same difference exists
