Reviewing and monitoring an enhancement request

Hi,

I created an SR and then it ended with an enhancement request being created as bug: 10368410

My question is I am not sure how to follow this bug 10368410 issued by support agent. Where on myoraclesupport can I review this bug assigned.

Please advise we are kind of in the dark about hoe do we see the status of the enhancement request.
