Web ADI Issue while uploading the journals

Hi All,

Web ADI Issue while uploading the journals, getting Error "Connection to server unavailable"

This issue we are getting intermittently not able to reproduce at will.Wanted to understand if anyone in any projects got the similar issue and what is ther permanent fix to this problem.
