Projects-Transaction Import error - WEB ADI LAYOUT ERROR: BLANK1 MUST HAVE A DEFAULT VALUE IF PLACEM

 I am experiencing this error message when I try to amend the layout for Projects-Transaction Import integrator - ERROR: BLANK1 MUST HAVE A DEFAULT VALUE IF PLACEMENT IS CONTEXT.

Does anyone have a work-around or datafix for this error.
