Can't connect to 3310 StorEdge after applying Solaros 10_Recommended Patch Cluster

 I'm running Solaris 10 on a V210 attached to a StorEdge 3310 Storage Array. After applying the 10_Recommended Patch Cluster and rebooting with '-r',  I get the following messages during startup and none of the meta devices mount.
