User Defined MACRS $6000 Bonus Luxary Auto 60 Month Depreciation - How to set up?

 Does anyone have an example of how to set up MACRS $6000 Bonus Luxury Auto Depreciation (acquired in 2008 & 2009).  I copied the MACRS Luxury Auto Depreciation 30% Bonus from the Oracle Support site but can not get the 6000 Bonus (vs 30%) to work.  Does anyone have an example of how to set up the $6,000 first year Bonus?
