EMail Notification using JoinFieldValue
Hi, I have a workflow in the Record Type CO1.
The trigger is 'When record saved is modified'.
So when the rule or condition is true, I want to send 2 email notifications. The first one is good.
The second one , I want to send it to the owner of the Service Request that is linked with this CO1 record.
For you to understand, First I create a Service and then in the related information, I create a record of the CO1.
So in the workflow in the second email notification, I want to send it to the owner of the Service Request, so since the workflow is using the record type CO1, I use the JoinFieldValue function like this:
