Windows 2003 Guest does not install

 I'm trying to install Windows 2003 as a guest OS on Oracle VM2.2 - using virt_install and specifying the required paramters I get the following error everytime.

Starting install...
libvir: Xen Daemon error : internal error domain information incomplete, missing kernel
