Zoom functionality not working

 Hi,
I'm having a customized form which opens on clicking on the zoom button from the standard customer screen.But when this customized form opens it throws the error message that no data is found.Basically this customized takes the parameter customer_number from the standard customer screen.But I'm not sure whether this parameter is really getting passed or not.Please suggest how to check on that?

I'm stuck on this for the last few days. So please for god sake help me out on this.

I'm using 11.5.9
