This Policy applies to 12 and 12.1 only. For Error Correction support details for 11.5.10 please go to the E-Business Suite 11.5.10 Minimum Patch Level and Extended Support Information Center, Document 1199724.1

This Error Correction Policy covers products delivered as core features of the Oracle E-Business Suite. It does not cover Localizations provided by Oracle Consulting Services. Note that some licensable products have multiple functional modules associated with them. Those functional modules are also covered by this policy.
For Products Covered under Release 12.0, Please refer to Document 394692.1
For Products Covered under Release 12.1, Please refer to Document 790942.1

The linked document defines the methods and policies by which error correction support is provided to customers. For purposes of this document supported means that Oracle will provide error correction support. Oracle Support also provides product assistance to customers outside of error correction support. This document does not apply to product assistance support.
