BAD SUPERBLOCK AT BLOCK 16: MAGIC NUMBER WRONG

 Hi, I have a two node cluster running an Oracle RAC, and yesterday I got this error message in the RAC:
ERROR: -9(Error 27072, OS Error (Solaris-AMD64 Error: 14: Bad address
Additional information: 4
Additional information: 524817
Additional information: -1)

While reviewing the error I ran a fsck on the disk that generated the error and it the output is: BAD SUPERBLOCK AT BLOCK 16: MAGIC NUMBER WRONG

I am not familiar with this type of error, but from what I can gather this is an I/O error, and my concern now is what to do to solve this issue.
