iReceivales Questions:
We are in the process of going live with iReceivables, we have 2 major issues to be resoled before going live:
1. we are a public school system where employees get transferred from one school to another very often, When a customer does self registration for one school and after sometime they are tranferred to another school and they do a self registration for another school, a notification goes to the approver, when the approver clicks on the button "Used to work for the company specified by setup", there goes another notification asking to fix the customer record, we went in the customer rec and deactivated/end dated the contacts, contact roles and party relationships, but still the notification says to fix the record,
